Once I qualify, how long does the program last?
It depends on which category you fall into. Some of our benefits are split through the duration of 12 months and some others are one time only actions.
Do I attend weekly lectures? What is the actual structure of your program?
The structure of the program depends on which benefit and part of the program you get access to. In some cases we will have monthly reviews, in some it will be twice a year and in some others it will be quarterly.
What guidance will you provide and how much time will it take? Is there a clear beginning and end to the program?
We go through a first consultation session where we ask questions that help us define how the program will run, as different companies have different needs we will tailor them accordingly. Yes, the program will have a defined timeline.
Can you set up an optimisation criteria so we can see the impact having these API's will make to our business. Can we see before / after changes? Is this a part of the program?
The optimisation criteria depends on how well the company applies our recommendations, this being said we will make sure to follow up on the customers progress and analyze the usage reports to clearly have a before and after once changes are applied.
